- Order details: your name, mobile number, delivery address, landmark, notes and the items you order.
- Payment details: the payment status and a transaction reference from our payment gateway. We never receive your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank password.
- Device data: basic technical information such as browser type, and your cart, which is saved in your own browser so it isn't lost if you leave the page.
How we use it
- To prepare, deliver and confirm your order, and to contact you about it.
- To add loyalty points to your mobile number and let you redeem them.
- To send order updates and, if you agree, occasional offers on WhatsApp or SMS. You can stop offers at any time by replying STOP or messaging us.
- To keep accounts and tax records, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to run your order:
- Our payment gateway (an RBI-authorised payment aggregator) — to process your payment.
- Petpooja — our billing and kitchen system, where your order and loyalty points are recorded.
- Our delivery riders — your name, phone number and address for that delivery.
- Authorities — only when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and tax law, and loyalty details while your points are active. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, except where we must keep records by law.

Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Payments happen on our payment gateway's secure pages. Access to order data is limited to our staff who need it.
